Recipe - Aunt Bonnie's Wing Sauce

My family loves chicken wings.  Breaded, baked, fried, grilled, restaurant, home, appetizer, main dish, doesn't matter where or how.  When the boys were still living at home we'd make tons of wings and it was my job to produce a variety of wetting/dipping sauces.  Here's my own version of Uncle Lou's wing sauce.

Aunt Bonnie's Wing Sauce

Ingredients

1 cup Louisiana Hot Sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 cup (2 sticks) salted butter
1/4 teaspoon paprika

Procedure

Combine all ingredients in small saucepan.  Heat until butter melts and simmer gently until hot.  Pour over fried chicken wings or serve on the side as a dipping sauce.
